Vas County South Employment Pact

Short summary

The 4-year project will contribute to the improvement of the labour market situation and the reduction of the problems generated by unemployment in the 3 southern districts of County Vas, Körmend, Szentgotthárd and Vasvár districts by implementing the following activities:

• establishing co-operation among the employers, local governments, training institutions and other organizations supporting employment in the districts of the Southern Vas Region,
• the establishment and operation of a pact office and a labour market service office, with the aim of implementing the developed pact strategy and directly linking potential employers and employees, support for employers and employees to achieve employment through wage subsidies, earnings-related subsidies, training and travel expenses, etc.

Expected results

The following tangible results will be realized by the end of the project:

We involve 398 people in labour market programmes,

174 people will get a job, of which at least 40 will remain in employment at the end of the 6 months following the grant,

We provide training for 100 people.
